Our primary demand to the Government of India is the nationalization of laborers working in the goods sheds of Indian Railways. These workers should receive all government benefits, as their contributions are on par with other Indian Railway employees. We insist on formalizing the employment of these workers by appointing them on a substitute basis. To support this demand, we will submit comprehensive data on our workers to the CEO of Indian Railways, urging the Railway Board to appoint them based on these records.
